Recipe
frozen pelmeni are put into boiling salted water. They are brought to a boil and cooked for 5-7 minutes. Cooked pelmeni are taken out from the water and dressed to taste. In the summer, carrying in thermal packs is recommended.
Refreezing is not allowed.
